Service Cancellation and Termination

By reserving through us, you acknowledge and consent to the Trip Provider's applicable cancellation and no-show policies, as well as any additional (delivery) terms and conditions that may govern your trip (including the fine print provided on our platform and the pertinent house rules of the Trip Provider). 7calendar days prior to the tour date, cancellations will result in a 95% refund of the total booking amount, provided that the entire booking or a portion of the booking is eligible for cancellation.
Withdrawal of an application or cancellation of an order will incur a pre-order processing fee of USD 70.00.
After the UAE Visa issuing authority has approved your application, instauaevisa.org is unable to issue a refund; you are required to adhere to the terms of this policy.
An application that has been authorized or processed at the UAE immigration desk will not be revoked.
All of the subsequent occurrences involving the UAE Visa issuing authority shall not be held the Company liable for.
After the application has been received and processed by the UAE immigration department, the determination of whether to grant or deny it is left entirely to the department's discretion. The immigration department cannot be influenced or challenged by the company on the matter.
Decline to grant the visa, Denial of the application's acceptance, Incorrect visa issuance and a delay in the UAE visa processing procedures. In the event that any of the aforementioned occur due to an omission or error on the part of the Company, its liability is limited to the expense of a replacement visa or a refund of all paid fees.
